Georgia first joined the firm in 2018 on a summer placement after completing her A Levels at Bideford College. She then moved to Bristol to study Law at University which set her up with a wealth of transferable skills, as well as showcasing her dedication by obtaining a First Class Honours. Georgia then worked in a firm in Bristol as a paralegal in one of the UK’s largest and most experienced financial services legal teams.
Georgia started her Training Contract at Brewer Harding & Rowe in September 2023. Alongside her Training Contract, Georgia is studying the Legal Practice Course and a Masters in Law at Exeter University.
Georgia’s first seat was in the Dispute Resolution team in Barnstaple where she worked on a range of cases including employment, personal injury, medical negligence, landlord and tenant, property disputes and estate disputes. A personal highlight for Georgia was attending a County Court trial and a High Court trial, both of which ended in a successful outcome for our respective clients.
Georgia is now in the Private Client department in Bideford, drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, as well as assisting on probate matters.
In her spare time, Georgia enjoys keeping fit by running and going to the gym!
