Andrew grew up in Birmingham and graduated from the University of Central England with a First Class Honours degree in Law, winning the Sweet and Maxwell award in his year. He qualified as a solicitor in 1995, having initially started training and his legal career at an established solicitors’ firm in Birmingham, before subsequently relocating to North Devon, where he has been practising since.
Andrew specialises exclusively in Family Law which includes divorce, financial claims, cohabitation issues, pre-nuptial and separation agreements. He has extensive experience in dealing with high net worth financial claims, private law children issues, domestic abuse cases and local authority child care matters, having previously been an accredited member of the Law Society’s Children Panel for over 15 years.
Andrew joined Brewer Harding & Rowe as a partner in 2007 and he is a member of the Law Society’s specialist Family Law Panel.
