Stuart trained with Brewer Harding & Rowe, qualifying in 2001. In 2004 he moved to Harrogate and worked for top Legal 500 solicitors specialising in Commercial and Residential Development work. In addition he was the client solicitor for his firm for a private London bank specialising in residential development funding. Stuart has also acted for a number of very large commercial property investors with substantial property portfolios on acquisitions, disposals, and ongoing landlord and tenant matters; as well as for smaller family companies and business owner/occupiers in relation to their property needs.
Stuart has also built a well-respected specialism in the Pharmacy sector, advising individual pharmacists and pharmacy groups on landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals and leases within new build medical centres.
In March 2016 Stuart returned to Brewer Harding & Rowe, having always missed the North Devon area.
Outside of work Stuart likes to mountain bike (badly), cycle (slowly) and is determined to master the art of surfing!
